Gabriela, Owner/ Esthetician
GabriEla Skin was founded in 2023. After years of working in the spa industry and in popular waxing chains, Gaby decided to start her own business and create a spa experience that focused on customer service and genuine compassion to all clients. At Ela Skin you will be provided with result-driven treatments in a spa-like environment, comfortable yet efficient full body waxing experience, lash and brow services. Acne Consultation via FaceTime or Zoom to start your journey to clear skin with us, anywhere! Consultation will include a skin analysis, overview of the program, and product recommendations to get you started. Follow up appointments will be scheduled every two weeks to check progress and adjust product usage. Products can either be ordered and sent to you, or scheduled to pick up at the salon. Client must submit before pictures in good lighting to be used to track progress.

Policy
- All clients are scheduled by appointment only. Walk-Ins welcome although subject for wait time.
- If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- No show and same day cancellation of appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service cost, which must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 30 minute service, you may be asked to reschedule.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 60 minute service, you may be asked to reschedule.
Refund and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All skincare products are non-refundable, meaning absolutely no returns can be made on any skincare product exception being that of an allergic reaction. Allergic reaction must be fully documented with photographs in order to receive refund.
